Mrs. Carlson's class took a break after their reading test. Students had to work together to draw an image without touching the marker. Which one do you think is best?

Letter from Superintendent Vocca concerning todays action.

Hello COCSD Families!
Cottonwood-Oak Creek School District is excited to announce enrollment for Camp Innovation! Camp Innovation is the District-Wide summer school program! Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis, and spaces are limited to ensure individualized attention for students. Please complete the enrollment form to secure your child's spot in our no-cost summer program, running from Monday, June 3rd, to Thursday, June 27th (Monday-Thursday) from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
During this month-long program, your child will receive academic support and engage in hands-on learning at the Science Vortex and Bent River Farm. The curriculum not only promotes academic success but also nurtures creativity through STEM enrichment, art, and outdoor activities. Please note that there will be no programs on Wednesday, June 19th.
Additionally, we offer optional sign-ups for 'Friday's at the Farm,' providing your child with the opportunity to immerse themselves in our growing district agriculture program at Bent River Farm! Kindly fill out a separate form for each child in your family who has been invited to attend.
Your child must attend one of the four K-8 schools in our district. For more information, please contact your school's front office. We look forward to a summer filled with learning and fun for your child!

Good evening OCS Families... With 1 driver being able to return and a sub able to help, we can have almost total coverage again. Antelope will run full route tomorrow, both AM and PM. Big Horn we can only do PM route, we won't have a driver for the AM route. This will be for both Thurs 4/11 and Fri 4/12. This availability MAY also go into next week. I will keep you posted, look for the update on Sunday. Thank you, Daniel Maldonado - Transportation Director.

Due to illness and driver shortage, BOTH Big Horn Sheep and Antelope routes will NOT be running at all tomorrow Wed April 10th. Please find alternate means of transportation for your students both to and from school. Thursday's situation is still unknown at this time. I will keep you posted. We are extremely sorry for this major inconvenience. - Daniel Maldonado, Transportation Director

Attn Oak Creek Families... due to illness there will be no Big Horn Sheep morning route run tomorrow, Tues 4/9. There will be coverage for the afternoon run tomorrow. Please prepare for no route at all on Wed 4/10, as our driver got the flu and this may take a few days. I will keep you updated each day. Thank you for your patience and understanding. - Daniel Maldonado, Transportation Director
