Dr. Trish Alley has proudly served as the Director of Student Support Services for Cottonwood Oak Creek School District for over seven years. With extensive experience in behavior management, student discipline, and special education compliance at both the state and federal levels, Dr. Alley is dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.

A passionate advocate for students with diverse needs, Dr. Alley is committed to training teachers and specialists on how to accommodate individual learning differences effectively. Her expertise in special education ensures that students receive the support they deserve while maintaining compliance with rigorous legal standards.

As a visionary leader, Dr. Alley has been instrumental in creating innovative programs that promote student success and well-being. She founded Verde Tech High School, an alternative high school designed to meet the needs of diverse learners, as well as the Kings Academy, an alternative-to-suspension program focused on building positive behavior skills. Additionally, she established Mariposa Developmental Preschool, which provides early intervention and inclusive education for young learners.

Deeply rooted in the Cottonwood community, Dr. Alley and her husband are raising their two sons in this vibrant town. Her dedication to students and commitment to professional development reflect her love for the community and her passion for helping every student thrive.
